Friday night track league at Halesowen is a fast, action-packed evening of racing for all abilities, the perfect way to improve your speed and skills. It runs from May 8th - August 21st on our 400m tarmacced outdoor velodrome, with on-site café, bar, and changing facilities. Racing is split by ability into Categories A and B, plus youth and Freewheelers, with four events per evening for senior riders, including a separate veterans and women’s race, all counting towards final league standings. As an experiment this year, on four nights of racing - the last Friday of each month - the A-cats will race in a mini League which will carry British Cycling ranking points.
Registration with the league is available for both individuals and clubs through the British Cycling Website, priced £5 and £30 respectively.
There will be two accreditation sessions for those who have not ridden the track before. Dates to be confirmed.
Please contact our coaching coordinator Fraser Blain via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for more details.
If you have ridden track league before or are accredited elsewhere, just come and race.
